Socktober

October 17, 2018

We are hosting a sock drive and comfort items drive to help needy families and local homeless people.

We don't think it's okay for people to be left out on the streets. Each night in the United States it is estimated that nearly 600,000 people are homeless. Some are in shelters. Some are in boxes. Some are men and women. Some are children. This October, MFGS Student Council and Kid President want your help to prove that even the smallest acts of love, like donating a pair of socks can make a big difference in the lives of our neighbors who are homeless.
