Meet Chip
I am married and have two children. I obtained my Undergraduate Degree in Education from Millikin University and my Master's Degree in Environmental Science and Sustainable Policy from the University of Illinois in Springfield. I enjoy spending time with my family and being outdoors as much as possible.
