Meet Kristy
This will be my third year teaching 1st grade, and I am very excited to be doing it at Maroa-Forsyth! I have been in education for many years, the last five at Decatur Public Schools. I graduated from Millikin University with my Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education, and I am currently working on completing my Master's in Curriculum and Instruction. My boyfriend and I have a combined five children and four grandsons. In my free time I enjoy going for motorcycle rides, going on walks, and spending time with my family and friends.
